“This kind of community has a quality of grace that brings life and enables creativity, so that the community grows in number and in its ability to care for and love one another.”
nigel adams,
Hope's founder & Ambassador
Hope Nottingham was established in 2010 with the specific mission of
'Uniting Christians, Serving those in need
and Bringing God's love'

Today our work is still rooted in our Christian faith, and we continue to work with many local churches to serve those in need in neighbourhoods all around Nottingham.

With our refreshed vision of

'Inspiring and Growing communities of Hope'

we are committed to championing Christian Community development and providing advice and guidance to enable more local communities to provide holistic and transformative support via the empowerment of their own community members.
Contact us at hope@hopenottingham.org.uk for further information or to arrange a visit to Hope House, Beeston or to our Carlton Community Hub.

championing christian community
We proactively raise awareness and inspire support of our community development work via talks, presentations and local media. Our aim is to educate others about what we/our volunteers do, to maintain and increase our
geographical reach.
Consultancy
We can provide (paid for or pro bono as agreed) consultancy to local churches and other organisations to inspire and grow Christian communities outside of Hope Nottingham. Options include informal brainstorning and advice, to planned Vision & Values and strategy development.
Networking & partnerships
Essential to Hope Nottingham's success are our many and
varied partnerships.
We continue to proactively identify, initiate and welcome meaningful external relationships in line with and complementing our agreed organisational strategy.
empowering local people
Many of Hope Nottingham's activities and initiatives have evolved from the ideas of local community members or local groups. Whilst not every idea can be facilitated, Hope will where it can, support activities which help build community.
